Risk analysis and social solidarity mechanisms allow communities to recognize danger before it becomes life-threatening and to create safer alternatives when existing systems fail.

The Social Counseling Hotline was designed as a safe, stigma-free space for women and queer individuals to access psychological, emotional, and digital support. The training emphasized that safety extends beyond physical spaces to include emotional and digital environments.

Training components included:

  • Psychological First Aid
  • Digital and technical safety
  • Protection and emergency response
  • Scenario analysis and role-playing

The hotline also functioned as a collective knowledge and solidarity space, offering referrals to psychosocial, legal, and medical services, as well as accurate sexual and reproductive health information.
