This anonymous and confidential survey was designed to collect community experiences with healthcare, psychosocial, legal, and other services provided by organizations in Syria. The goal was to identify safe spaces, services to recommend, and places to avoid based on needs and identities.

Participants were encouraged to submit separate entries for different experiences, ensuring nuanced and accurate mapping while maintaining full privacy and security.
