This document was developed by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Inclusion International to improve the accessibility of Protection Analysis Framework resources.

It focuses on inclusive communication and engagement with people with disabilities—particularly people with intellectual disabilities—within humanitarian protection analysis. Drawing on the Listen, Include, Respect guidelines, the resource provides practical guidance to ensure that all individuals can meaningfully participate in protection-related activities and decision-making.
