SEEN

Following the earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria on February 6, 2023, SEEN launched a sustained solidarity and emergency response campaign to support LGBTQIA+ individuals from the Syrian Mema’in community in both countries.

Over six months, SEEN provided emergency and medium-term support to more than eighty individuals, addressing urgent needs such as relocation, shelter, medical care, food, clothing, and psychosocial support. These efforts were reinforced through international queer solidarity campaigns organized across Europe, North America, and Australia.
