With the oppressed… with those affected… with popular movements against the authoritarian government in Syria

Today, several regions across Syria are witnessing large-scale popular mobilization and courageous protests rejecting the policies of the authoritarian government, which continue to entrench repression, fuel sectarian strife, and target the diverse social fabric of Syrian society. These policies push people toward exclusion, deepen sectarian incitement, generate waves of fear and intimidation, and worsen the ongoing deterioration of the conditions of the oppressed, workers, and popular classes.
The use of security forces by the authoritarian authority to fire live ammunition at peaceful demonstrators once again confirms that this approach does not represent the will of Syrians, nor does it reflect a future worthy of them.
“With the idea we believed in and lived by—
we do not change it according to the executioner or the victim.”
We stand clearly and unequivocally with today’s movements, and with every popular mobilization resisting injustice, and against all policies of repression, incitement, and division. We reaffirm our deep and unconditional solidarity with all oppressed people—workers, laborers, farmers, women, and all marginalized groups in Syria, across all communities and sects: Alawite, Druze, Christian, Muslim, Kurdish, Assyrian, Syriac, Yazidi, and all those who struggle for freedom, justice, equality, and equal citizenship.
The strength of Syria’s future lies in its social unity, in rejecting sectarianism, and in standing for a dignified life and social justice—not in reproducing division, repression, and hate.
We reaffirm our commitment to supporting all civil and popular movements that raise the people’s voice against humiliation and exploitation. We extend our salute to everyone who takes to the streets today demanding dignity without repression, justice without discrimination, and rights that are not revoked.
The revolution continues.
